Cardiff Bus commercial director Gareth Stevens said: “We are set to introduce a number of timetable changes which will affect customers across our network.

“We appreciate that any change could be an inconvenience, but we would like to reassure our customers that we have thoroughly assessed all services and have made this decision following extensive talks with the Welsh Government to reflect to the current and ongoing lockdown.

“We would encourage all our customers to check the revised timetable and route details before travelling, as they will be subject to change from January 17.

“We also urge all customers to please follow the Welsh Government tier 4 lockdown regulations, only travel for essential reasons, and if you have to travel always wear a face covering for the duration of your journey unless you are exempt.”
